Chapter 163 - Li Ling And Zhihao Hear The History

"How was it stopped?" 

"..." 

So... Basically, this whole book was about how this Ribix virus was something really important but the book gave no information about it because it didn't have any information about it. 

What the hell?! 

Zhihao turned to Leyah and asked, "Can we try changing the book?" 

Leyah nodded as she picked up another book and read out the code number that was written on the cover of the book, "209172301-jka"

Zhihao took a minute to decide what he wanted to ask, and this time, his questions sounded a bit more precise and calculative, "When did the Ribix Virus start?" 

Zhihao smiled as he heard this. He finally knew how to operate this thing and what questions to ask. 

"What happened twelve years ago?" 

"Can you give us more details on it?" 

"Yes, Please!" Zhihao exclaimed enthusiastically. 

Zhihao nodded his head once again, "Continue please." 

Zhihao pursed his lips, "Continue..." 

Li Ling, "Just continue! Damn it!" 

Zhihao, "Continue." 

Li Ling, "What happened to Captain Burn and Captain Liv?" 

Zhihao couldn't help but nod as he digested all this information. So there was a war and the two Captains fought the war to protect humanity, however, they were still hated because people considered the war to be caused by their mistake. 

The war went on for more than a month and humans lost because of the sudden disappearance of  Captain Burn and Captain Liv. 

And... It has been twelve years since this incident. Twelve years later, Captain Burn and Captain Liv were suddenly found once again and that too, in an empty amusement park. 

Zhihao couldn't help but feel that there was more to this story. Whatever was written in this book was said according to a point of view that either belonged to the government or someone who was working for them. It was not written according to Captain Burn's point of view nor was it written according to what Captain Liv felt and hence, it couldn't be completely trusted. 

This was the problem with history books. History was written according to the person that had survived and won the war and hence, all those who perished away were given no importance in history, and sometimes, even after being innocent, they were given the title of the villain in certain cases. 

Zhihao knew this very well and maybe this was the reason why he asked Leyah to change the book once again. 

they changed it to another book and listened to it as well, but somehow the information provided in both the books was the same. 

Captain Burn and Captain Liv still went missing and abandoned the war causing humans to lose. 

They read through at least four or five books but Zhihao still heard the same things repeated again and again. 

Finally, in the sixth book, they heard a new piece of information that wasn't mentioned in the previous ones. 

Zhihao looked at Leyah as he questioned curiously, "What does this mean?" 

Leyah looked back at him and tilted her head as she asked, "You don't know about the prediction? Many people believe that Captain Burn and Captain Liv will return and when they return, the second Ribix war will be fought. The war might end up with us winning or losing, the result is uncertain, however, if the two captains do not come back, we will definitely lose the war." 

Zhihao didn't know if he should laugh or cry at this moment. The two captains in question had certainly come back in the form of Zhihao and Li Ling and this meant that the second war was also not far away. 

Leyah, "But... Even if they do return, not many believe that they would help us."
