Chapter 388 - Happy Togetherness

"Alright, let's go up before we miss the sunset!". Julian said embarrassedly because he was embarrassed. 

"Okay".

Qiara and Zio were already on the boat celebrating Qiara and Zio's second birthday. 

The three of them enjoyed every happy moment that afternoon, they also did not forget to take pictures because so far they had not taken family photos.

"Happy birthday my dear!". Said Qiara while kissing Zio's cheek.

"Happy birthday to aunt, so happy because our birthdays together". Said Zio while painting a little smile on his face. 

Qiara was even more relieved because she could finally see Zio's smile even though it was just a little. At least, it could dispel her worries about Zio's mentality.

"This is the best birthday for aunt, because auntie can celebrate with you". Qiara said as she hugged the gentle and handsome Zio tightly.

Julian's heart was warm and happiness seemed to belong to him, he saw the two people he loved embracing in a joyous atmosphere. He also did not waste the moment by taking a photo of the two of them using his cellphone.

"Happy birthday to both of you!". Said Julian after finishing taking pictures, after which he embraced both of them.

"Papa, you hugged us too tightly, we couldn't breathe". Zio said irritably.

Instantly, Julian immediately released his embrace.

"Forgive me, Hehehehe". Said Julian then sat back in his place with a chuckle. Qiara also laughed to see that the two men were very funny.

"Alright, it's time for us to eat cake ..!". Qiara immediately cut the cake into several pieces. 

The first piece was of course for Zio, but Zio gave it to Julian instead.

"We both have birthdays, so Papa is the one who deserves the first piece from us". Zio said as he handed the cake to Julian.

"Thank you for the cake, you two are really nice". With a big smile, Julian took the cake and ate it. 

Qiara is increasingly proud of Zio who is full of surprises, what Zio did was never in her mind before. Intelligent people like Zio and Julian are different from less intelligent people like him, Qiara thought.

After eating the slice of cake, Zio fell asleep with his head resting on Julian's chest. 

"Honey, I put Zio in the room first, because it looks like Zio is very tired". After saying that, Julian immediately brought Zio into his room. 

"Yes".

After Julian left, Qiara went out to enjoy the beautiful night in the middle of the sea. He stood on the side holding his hand then looked up at the beauty of the stars in the night sky.

When Qiara was enjoying the sound of the waves and the night wind, Qiara suddenly felt her body warm, she immediately glanced over her shoulder and found a black coat that was almost frozen over her body.

After that, she looked up and found the figure of a tall man in a white shirt tucked into his ankle-high black cloth pants and standing beside her looking up at the stars and letting his hair in the cool night breeze.

"Julian?". Qiara said with a smile.

"Thank you and sorry!". Julian said without turning towards Qiara.

"What for?".

"For all". Julian replied as he turned to Qiara. 

Instantly Qiara looked at Julian without a word, only silent tears could explain how she felt.

Seeing the tears on Qiara's cheeks, Julian felt heartbroken, so he immediately raised his hands and gently wiped the tears from Qiara's cheeks.

After that Julian pulled Qiara's body into his arms and said. "Don't say anything, cry if that's what makes your heart relieved!".

Qiara did not reject Julian's hug, instead she felt comfortable being able to pour all her sadness into her husband's arms.

Qiara tightly hugged Julian's slender body while crying, suddenly Julian's heart ached at his wife's sobs.

He knew that Qiara was sick seeing Zio's cold attitude towards her especially when she heard Zio say that he was only his father's son.

"Dear?".

"Umm ..".

"Have you suffered so much for five years? Is life difficult with Mama?". Asked Julian in a soft voice.

Hearing Julian's question, Qiara's tears grew heavier. Instantly she hid her face in Julian's broad chest which was her most comfortable place. 

"Don't cry anymore, believe me from now on you are not alone anymore. There is me and Zio who will always be there, don't worry about Zio, he will accept you slowly if he gets used to you. Besides, we will bring Mama to live with us. How? ". Said Julian, patting Qiara's shoulder. 

Qiara was stunned for a moment, after which she looked up at the handsome and sweet creature who was her husband. 

"I'll try to trust you. But, I can't bring Mama to live with us because it's not time yet. I'm just trying to get Mama to be treated well by my uncle and aunt". Said Qiara, smiling in tears.

"I will follow your words. But, from now on, tell me anything about all the difficulties and what you feel. Since you are in the entertainment world, I just wanted to say, don't care about people who don't like you because it will only make your heart restless. But focus on people who like you because they are the power that will bring you forward. In life, there will always be people who don't like us, so understand and don't be influenced ". Julian said, kissing Qiara's forehead. 

Qiara was pensive hearing all the wise expressions that came out of her husband who was already very mature. Qiara never thought that Julian would be able to say that wisely.

"I'll remember". Qiara replied with a sweet smile. 

"Then, I'll invite you to a place. Do you want?". said Julian while holding Qiara's waist then looked at her gently.

"Where?". Qiara asked in surprise.

"You will know later, but you have to close your eyes first!". Said Julian while taking out a black cloth from his pants pocket.

"Why should you close your eyes?". Qiara still couldn't understand what Julian was trying to do.

"Don't ask too many questions, now close your eyes and follow my orders!".. After that, Julian immediately closed Qiara's eyes.
